EP8: Energy Healing and Community with Mariam Mouna

Mariam Mouna (“Mar”) is a Morocco-born, Brooklyn-based healer who has created I See You Wellness, a sanctuary for women of color everywhere to work in the realms of energy healing, plant medicine, and community rituals.

Mar has said, “This path is not about getting somewhere and improving oneself. It is about BEING that which we already are, as there’s absolutely nothing to improve about the Self.”
